Our Studies

In 2 Timothy 2:15 we are told:  “Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman who needed not be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” 

Study to become stronger in God's Word.

Our Christian Education Division includes:

  • Church Academy, Sundays @ 9:30 am
  • Church Academy Training, Tuesdays @ 7:00 pm

This class provides a more detailed, comprehensive study of the lesson for Church Academy on Sunday.

  • Wednesday Worship Experience, Wednesdays @ 6:00 pm 

Every Wednesday includes prayer service, Bible Study and Mid Week services.  A series of lessons, led by the Pastor, is designed to combine doctrine with practical applications of the word of faith to our everyday Christian lives.

Annual Christian Education Events

  • Vacation Bible School 
  • Baptist, Missionary and Education State Congress 
  • National Baptist Congress of Christian Education

Our Service

Psalm 84:10 " For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand.  I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of the wickedness."

All WOMEN OF LELAND are members of the Women's Ministry. You are invited to study God's Word and serve in the Women's Ministry.

The Women's Ministry includes:

  • Mother's Board
  • Mother's Helpers
  • Minister's and Officer's Wives
  • Matron's (18 - 35) and Mission
